TRANSPORTATION PROCESS

Shipping / Delivery policy

Vertagear.com.vn applies shipping policies for the following specific orders:

• For orders paid by bank transferring, they will be delivered after the customer has successfully transferred to their Vertagear.com.vn Bank Account.
• For orders paid by domestic ATM cards, they will be delivered after successfully receiving confirmation from the successful authorization notice returned by the payment system.
• For orders paid by MOMO Wallet, they will be delivered after the system notifies the order confirmation from the MOMO system. Currently, Vertagear.com.vn does not apply Cash Payment on delivery.

1. Regulations and Scope of delivery

• Vertagear provides delivery services in all provinces across the country. In addition to the delivery team of Vertagear.com.vn at HCM, Da Nang, Hanoi, we also cooperate with shipping partners to ensure delivery to customers in the shortest time.

2. Regulation on delivery time and time frame 

Delivery time 

• Vertagear delivery service from Monday – Saturday of the week (except holidays, New Year, Sunday).
• Delivery in urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City: fast delivery within a day.
  • For orders placed from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm a day
  • For orders placed after 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and suburban areas, other provinces will be processed to the next day
• For orders in other provinces and cities: Delivery time and cost of the shipping unit or Vertagear.com.vn applies. Order cost information will be notified when customers order products at vertagear.com.vn before agreeing to pay the order.
• Deliver in the inner city areas of Da Nang, Hanoi: 2-7 working days.
• Deliver in the suburban areas of Da Nang, Hanoi: 7-10 working days.

(Inner HCM city areas: including district 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Thu Duc, Binh Tan.

HCM suburban areas: district 12,  Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio.)

Inner Hanoi area: including district Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem and Bac Tu Liem.

Hanoi suburban area: including district Thach That, Ung Hoa, Dan Phuong, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Soc Son, Ba Vi, Chuong My, Me Linh, My Duc, Phuc Tho, Phu Xuyen , Quoc Oai, Thanh Oai, Thuong Tin, Thanh Tri, Son Tay.

Da Nang inner city area: including district Thanh Khe, Hai Chau, Son Tra.

The suburban area of ​​Da Nang: includes district Cam Le, Lien Chieu and Hoa Vang.

Delivery time frame

• For Vertagear.com.vn deliveries from 8:00 to 17:00 per week.
• For orders delivered by the 3rd party, the delivery time applies according to the policy of the carrier.

3. Delivery fee regulations

• Free Shipping: For the orders or the promotional products, we will get free packaging and shipping.
• In addition to the case of promotional products, orders are supported with free shipping. The freight charges Vertagear applies as follows:
  • For urban areas: HCM, Hanoi, Da Nang: Charge at the same price of 35,000 VND / order + bulky packages (if any).
  • For suburban areas: fee will be collected 15,000 VND / km.
  • For orders delivered by a third party: the carrier’s delivery charge applies.
