QUÝ KHÁCH HÀNG VUI LÒNG CHẮC CHẮN RẰNG SẢN PHẨM ĐỔI (TRẢ) PHẢI THỎA MÃN CÁC ĐIỀU KIỆN TRONG CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ CỦA VERTAGEAR VIỆT NAM.
Nếu Quý khách hàng phát hiện một trong những trường hợp trên, Quý khách hàng vui lòng không nhận hàng và yêu cầu nhân viên của chúng tôi xác nhận trình trạng sản phẩm tại chỗ và yêu cầu đổi trả. Trường hợp, Quý khách hàng đã ký nhận hàng và phát hiện lỗi như trong trường hơp được đổi/trả sản phẩm phải báo ngay trình trạng sản phẩm bị lỗi về cho chúng tôi trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng để được hỗ trợ đổi/ trả. Quá thời hạn đổi/ trả chúng tôi sẽ không giải quyết vì mặt định khách hàng đã đồng ý với sản phẩm được giao.

Khách hàng có nhu cầu đổi (trả) sản phẩm thực hiện theo các bước sau:
Bước 1: Khách hàng liên hệ trực tiếp đến ĐT: (84-28) 3512 3959, email kai@elite-jsc.com.
Hoặc điền vào form thông tin trong mục liên hệ với chúng tôi được đăng tải trên website https://vertagear.com.vn/vi/contact/ để được hướng dẫn và cung cấp thông tin đơn hàng bao gồm Mã đơn hàng, Tên sản phẩm, Lỗi sản phẩm (mô tả chi tiết) lí do đổi trả, hình ảnh sản phẩm cùng yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Nhu cầu cần hỗ trợ : đổi/trả sản phẩm mới
Bước 2: Vertagear Việt Nam nhận thông tin và kiểm tra đơn hàng theo thông tin phản hồi từ khách hàng
Bước 3: Vertagear Việt Nam gửi thông báo thông tin tới khách hàng email hướng dẫn đổi (trả) sản phẩm.
Bước 4: Khách hàng đóng gói sản phẩm và mang giấy tờ đi kèm của sản phẩm muốn đổi (trả) đến bưu điện gửi cho Vertagear Việt Nam hoặc có thể mang trực tiếp đến địa chỉ nhận hàng được đăng tải trong mục Đổi trả và Bảo hành trên website.
Bước 5: Sản phẩm đổi trả Khách hàng vui lòng dán phiếu đổi trả và điền đầy đủ thông tin bên ngoài kiện hàng
+ Mã đơn hàng
+ Yêu cầu đổi hay trả sản phẩm
+ Lí do đổi (trả)
+ Phương thức hoàn tiền (nếu có)
+ Hóa đơn đặt hàng hoặc đơn hàng có ghi chú mã sản phẩm
+ Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng (nếu có)
+ Phụ kiện đi kèm và quà tặng khuyến mãi( nếu có)
Bước 6: Sau khi nhận hàng hóa Vertagear Việt Nam phản hồi cho khách hàng và cách xử lý theo Quy định.
Lưu ý: Khách hàng gửi sản phẩm đổi (trả) qua bên thứ 3 phải chịu trách nhiệm trình trạng nguyên vẹn khi gửi về vertagear.com.vn
4. CHÍNH SÁCH HOÀN TRẢ
4.1 đối với trường hợp đổi sản phẩm
Vertagear Việt Nam sẽ chịu phí 100% vận chuyển cho Quý khách hàng nếu sản phẩm đáp ứng đủ điều kiện được nêu ở Mục 1.

5. TRƯỜNG HỢP – KHÔNG THAY ĐỔI Ý ĐỊNH MUA HÀNG
Trừ khi được đề cập trong chính sách đổi/trả Sản phẩm và hoàn tiền, các trường hợp đổi trả sản phẩm mua do Quý khách hàng thay đổi ý định mua hàng sẽ không được chấp nhận.
Lưu ý: Khi chúng tôi đã tiến hành hoàn phí, có thể mất từ 7 đến 10 ngày làm việc để ngân hàng của quý khách có thể tiến hành hoàn phí và trả về cho tài khoản của quý khách.
