Vertagear x HEAT Check Gaming

MIAMI, FL – With the tip off of the NBA 2K League’s inaugural season just around the corner, HEAT Check Gaming and Vertagear have announced a partnership that designates the latter the official gaming chair partner of Miami’s NBA 2K esports team.

“As we assembled HEAT Check Gaming, our mission was to provide the premier players in the world with the best tools to become a championship team,” said HEAT Check Gaming Team Coordinator Derric “Famous Enough” Franklin. “We wanted to make sure our players were as comfortable as possible and the best way to do that was with Vertagear chairs. Vertagear crafts gaming chairs that are second to none in the industry. We couldn’t be happier to have our logo, and players, on Vertagear chairs.”

The NBA 2K League has garnered excitement throughout the industry as the premier outlet for merging traditional sports with esports. Vertagear supplants itself as one of the top endemic brands to support the franchises taking their first steps into this new venture.

“We are absolutely thrilled to partner with HEAT Check Gaming with the start of the season under way. Vertagear plans to thoroughly support the team with our industry-leading gaming chairs and ensure the players have the most comfortable and ergonomic practice environment available,” said James Vo, Vertagear’s Director of Esports.

The NBA 2K League tips off May 1st and the Grand Finals are scheduled for August 25th. The next four months will see a new breed of esports and fandom merging into the scene, and HEAT Check Gaming and Vertagear plan on being at the forefront of the new adventure.
